Integra Path Online LLC strives to provide high-quality wedding planning and event services. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which payments may be refundable. By engaging our services, you agree to the terms described below.
A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date and initiate planning.
This deposit covers initial services such as consultations, vendor coordination, design concepts, and administrative setup.
This deposit will not be refunded under any circumstances.
The remaining 80% balance is due after contracted services have been completed and your event has taken place, unless otherwise stated in writing.
This ensures you pay only for services that have been successfully delivered.
Refunds apply only to the remaining balance (80%) and are calculated based on the cancellation timeline:

Approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
We do not provide refunds in cash or to alternate payment accounts.
If your event must be canceled or postponed due to factors outside our control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, venue closures):
We will work with you to reschedule your event at no extra planning cost.
If rescheduling is not possible, partial refunds may be considered at our discretion, excluding non-refundable costs already incurred on your behalf.
Before filing a dispute or chargeback with your bank, clients are encouraged to contact us directly.
We are committed to resolving all billing concerns promptly and fairly.
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension and recovery of associated fees.
Integra Path Online LLC reserves the right to update or revise this Refund Policy at any time. All changes will be posted on this page with a new “Effective Date.” Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
