These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, booking of services, and your relationship with Integra Path Online LLC. By visiting our website, booking our services, or entering into a service agreement, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
We provide professional wedding planning and related event services, including but not limited to:
Wedding planning and coordination
Styling and décor design
Vendor management
Photography and videography
Bridal hair and makeup services
Entertainment and music coordination
Invitations and stationery design
Any service changes, upgrades, or custom requests must be confirmed in writing.
A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking and secure your event date.
The remaining 80% balance is due after completion of contracted services, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payments may be made by credit/debit card, bank transfer, or other approved secure payment methods.

By booking our services, you acknowledge and agree to those terms.
Clients agree to:
Provide accurate and timely details (e.g., dates, guest counts, venue access).
Respond promptly to planning communications, approvals, and requests.
Ensure that any third-party vendors not hired through Integra Path Online LLC comply with event timelines and standards.
Failure to fulfill these responsibilities may affect service delivery and outcomes.
We may recommend or coordinate with trusted third-party vendors (e.g., florists, caterers, photographers, entertainers). While we aim for excellence, Integra Path Online LLC is not legally liable for the performance, cancellations, or issues caused by third-party vendors outside of our direct control.
Integra Path Online LLC is not responsible for:
Venue restrictions, weather disruptions, or third-party vendor failures.
Client property loss or damage during events.
Acts of God, pandemics, or government restrictions (see Force Majeure).
We will, however, make reasonable efforts to resolve unexpected issues promptly and professionally.
If services cannot be performed due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or government regulations), we may reschedule, adjust, or cancel services. Clients will be notified promptly, and rescheduling will be prioritized without additional planning costs.
All creative materials produced by Integra Path Online LLC—including concepts, designs, décor plans, timelines, and stationery—remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We will never sell or misuse client data.
Both parties agree to attempt resolution of any dispute through direct communication first.
If unresolved, disputes will be subject to mediation or legal proceedings under the jurisdiction of California, USA.
Integra Path Online LLC reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Any updates will be posted on this page with a new “Effective Date.” Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
