Internet Bill Jumped After Year One? Get a Free Review Before You Pay Another Month.
When an introductory rate ends, the same plan commonly costs $15 to $50 more a month. Read us the numbers from your latest bill and we'll tell you three things: why it went up, whether one call to your provider could bring it back down, and what AT&T, Spectrum, and Xfinity would charge at your address, including after their own promos end.

Same plan, month 12 vs. month 13
| Plan | Months 1–12 | Month 13 onward | Change |
|---|---|---|---|
| AT&T Fiber 1 GIG | $50/mo | $80/mo | +$30/mo |
| Spectrum Internet Premier | $40/mo | about $75–85/mo | +$35–45/mo |
| Xfinity 1 Gig, 1-year price | $60/mo | $110/mo | +$50/mo |
Promotional rate for months 1–12, then the standard or everyday rate with autopay and paperless discounts still on. AT&T figures are from AT&T's published Fiber pricing; Xfinity's are from a recent Houston, TX quote; Spectrum's are a typical estimate, since its standard rate varies by market. Taxes and fees not included. Your plan and address set the real numbers.
Free, no obligation. Calling costs nothing, and hanging up without ordering is a normal outcome.
Three carriers, one call. AT&T, Spectrum, and Xfinity priced for your address, after-promo rate included.
We'll tell you to stay put. If what you pay now beats what's available, we'll say so.
Who You're Talking To
Integra Path Online LLC is an independent authorized reseller. We are not AT&T, Charter Communications, Spectrum, Comcast, or Xfinity, and we can't access, change, or lower your existing account. We review your bill with you over the phone and compare new service available at your address. Providers pay us a commission when a new order goes through us, which is how the review stays free. For billing disputes, payments, outages, or technical support, contact your current provider through its official website, app, or the number printed on your bill.
Five Reasons an Internet Bill Goes Up, and Which Ones Switching Fixes
Most bill jumps come from one of five places. Each has a different fix, and only some of them need a new provider.
The promotional rate ended
Most new-customer prices last 12 months. At month 13 the same plan moves to the standard rate, and providers don't call ahead to remind you.
What helps: Comparing your after-promo price against what other carriers at your address charge, both during and after their own promos.
A discount dropped off
Autopay and paperless discounts disappear when either one is switched off. On Xfinity, moving autopay from a bank account to a card cuts the discount from $10 to $5. Bundle pricing and multi-year price guarantees can also end when a service in the bundle is dropped.
What helps: Turning the discount back on, which is a call to your provider, not to us.
Equipment charges
Some plans include the Wi-Fi gateway; others rent it separately or charge extra for extenders. On Spectrum's two lower tiers, for example, Advanced Wi-Fi is a $10/mo add-on.
What helps: Comparing plans by the cost of working Wi-Fi, not just the internet line.
You're on an older plan
Older plans are priced apart from what new customers get. Long-time customers can end up paying more for less speed than a current tier offers, and some older Xfinity plans still carry a 1.2 TB monthly data cap.
What helps: Pricing current plans, from your provider and from others, against what you pay now.
Taxes, fees, and surcharges
These sit outside the advertised price and outside any price guarantee, and they vary by city and state. TV bundles can add a broadcast TV surcharge on top.
What helps: Knowing which part of the increase is fees, so you don't switch over a charge that would follow you anyway.

Call(888) 274-3177The 12-Month Promo Cliff, Explained
An introductory rate is a pricing period, not a permanent price. The clock starts the day service activates, so the increase lands on your 13th bill, whenever that falls. Here's what the change looks like on recent pricing for a comparable plan from each carrier.
| Plan | Months 1–12 | Month 13 onward | 24-month total | Worth knowing |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| AT&T Fiber 1 GIG | $50/mo | $80/mo | $1,560 | No annual contract. Wi-Fi gateway included. |
| Spectrum Internet Gig | $60/mo | about $95–105/mo | about $1,860–$1,980 | No contract. A multi-year price guarantee is possible when bundled at signup. |
| Xfinity 1 Gig, 1-year price | $60/mo | $110/mo | $2,040 | New customers can choose a 5-year price guarantee at $70/mo instead. |
AT&T: published Fiber pricing, with AutoPay. Spectrum: typical national estimate; its standard rate varies by market. Xfinity: a recent Houston, TX quote, with the bank autopay and paperless discount. Totals exclude taxes, fees, and installation. Prices can change. Each provider sets its final price, fees, equipment charges, and terms, and they can vary by address. Confirm your price with an Integra Path advisor before you order.
The jump isn't a billing error, and it doesn't have to be permanent. Fiber and cable networks are still being built out, so the carriers available at your address today may not be the same ones that were there when you signed up.
Set a reminder for month 11. A call before the higher bill posts gives you time to compare, ask your provider for a better rate, or schedule a switch without a gap in service.

What Happens on a Free Bill Review Call
- 1
Read us your bill
Your provider, plan name or speed, monthly total, and the line items. If the bill shows when your promo ends, that helps too. We never need your account login, password, Social Security number, or payment details for a review. - 2
We price what's built at your address
AT&T Fiber, Spectrum, and Xfinity: the promo rate, the after-promo rate, equipment, installation, and any contract terms. All of it for your address, not a national starting-at number. - 3
You get a straight answer
Keep your plan, call your provider with a specific ask, or switch. If switching wins, we can place the order on the same call. If it doesn't, you hang up with nothing to do.
Every Review Ends One of Three Ways
We don't know which one fits until we see your numbers. Any of the three is a good outcome.
Your rate already beats what's available
Keep your plan
We'll say so plainly. No order, no follow-up pitch.
A promo ended, and you'd rather not switch
Call your provider first
Ask what the current new-customer offer is, whether it can apply to your account, and whether you're paying for equipment you don't need. We'll tell you what to ask. Only your provider can change your account, so that call is yours to make.
Another carrier costs less over the time you'll stay
Switch, timed right
We compare total cost over 24 months with after-promo pricing included, place the order, and schedule installation. Your current service keeps running until the new one works.
Find Out Which One Applies to You
Read us your latest bill and we'll price AT&T, Spectrum, and Xfinity at your address right alongside it.
Independent authorized reseller, not a carrier-owned website.
One call to review your bill and compare three carriers at your address.
Monday - Saturday | 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. PST
Free call. No obligation. Pricing and availability vary by address.
What to Have Ready
Your latest bill, paper or PDF. If that's not handy, the monthly total and plan name are enough to start.
Your service address, including any unit number. Availability changes building by building.
How the household uses the internet: how many people, who works from home, gaming, large uploads.
Anything bundled with your internet: TV, home phone, or mobile lines from the same provider.
Your contract end date and early termination fee, if you're on a contract.
No bill in front of you? Call anyway. We can start with roughly what you pay and who your provider is.
What We Handle, and What Stays With Your Provider
On the call, we can
- Go through the line items you read us and explain what each one is.
- Price AT&T, Spectrum, and Xfinity at your address, including after-promo rates.
- Tell you what to ask your current provider before you decide anything.
- Work out when to switch so a contract or billing cycle doesn't cost you extra.
- Place a new order and schedule installation, on the same call if you choose.
Your provider handles
- Logging into, changing, or lowering your existing account.
- Billing disputes, refunds, payments, and autopay settings.
- Outages, slow speeds on your current service, and technical support.
- Cancelling your current service.
For anything in the second column, use your provider's official website or app, or the customer service number printed on your bill.
Switching Without Paying Twice
A cheaper plan only saves money if the switch itself doesn't cost you. Four things we go through before you order:
Keep the old service until the new one works
Cancel only after the new connection is installed and tested, so there's no day without internet.
Check for an early termination fee
AT&T Fiber, Spectrum Internet, and Xfinity's current plans don't require an annual contract, but some older plans and bundles do. Spectrum offers up to $500 toward a documented early termination fee from your old provider when you order a qualifying bundle. We'll check whether you'd qualify.
Return rented equipment
An unreturned modem or gateway is one of the most common reasons an old provider keeps billing after you leave.
Expect a larger first bill
Most providers bill a partial month plus the first full month in advance. That's proration, not the ongoing rate, and it settles by the second or third bill.
Internet Bill Review Questions
No. The call is free and there's no obligation to change providers. Providers pay us a commission when a new order goes through us, and nothing is added to your bill because of it.
Not directly. We can't access or change an account with your current provider. What we can do is explain what changed, tell you what to ask your provider, and show you what other carriers at your address would charge. Sometimes the best outcome is a better rate from the provider you already have.
No. Just read us the numbers from your bill. We don't ask for your account password, Social Security number, or payment details to review a bill or give you a price.
Then we'll tell you, and you keep your plan. Not every review ends in a switch, and it doesn't need to.
AT&T, Spectrum, and Xfinity, wherever each one is built to your address. If your current provider is someone else, we can still go through your bill and price these three against it.
Yes. We'll look at when your contract ends and what the early termination fee is, so you know whether switching now or later costs less. In some cases a Spectrum contract buyout can cover part of that fee.
Usually a promotional rate ended, a discount dropped off, or taxes and fees changed. The five common causes are covered in section 01 above.
A little longer than a single quote, since we're going through your bill and pricing three carriers. Hanging up without ordering is a normal outcome.
No. Integra Path Online LLC is an independent authorized reseller. We compare plans across AT&T, Spectrum, and Xfinity rather than representing a single brand.
For billing changes, payments, outages, or technical support, contact your current provider directly through its official website, app, or the number on your bill. This number is for reviewing your bill and comparing new service.
Integra Path Online, and How We're Paid
Integra Path Online LLC is an independent authorized reseller based in Covina, California, selling AT&T, Spectrum, and Xfinity service. We're not any of those companies, and every order still runs through the carrier's own systems, billing, and support once it's placed.
We're paid a commission by the carrier when a new order goes through, the same as any independent agent. The price you pay doesn't change because of it, and there's no fee for a bill review, even when the call ends with no order at all.
We won't ask for a Social Security number or payment method just to review a bill or give you a price, and we won't recommend a switch when staying put is the better deal.
